3 Wrinkle-Causing Habits I Can Never Fix

As someone who's always been passionate about beauty and wellness, I've come to realize that certain habits are hard to break, even when they contribute to wrinkles. Over the years, I've identified three habits that have been particularly challenging for me to change. But don't worry, I've found a way to counteract their effects from the inside out!

1. Sleeping on My Face:

I admit, sleeping face-down is a tough habit to break 😴. Despite knowing that it can lead to sleep lines and wrinkles, changing sleeping positions is easier said than done. The pressure on my face throughout the night is not ideal for maintaining smooth skin.

2. Being Rough with My Skin:

Whether it's rubbing my eyes too hard or hastily removing makeup, I've been guilty of not always being gentle with my facial skin 😬. This rough treatment can accelerate the appearance of wrinkles, especially around the delicate eye area.

3. Forgetting Sunscreen:

We all know how important sunscreen is, but there are days I rush out and forget to apply it ☀️. Sun damage is a major contributor to premature aging and wrinkles, making this habit a significant concern.

My Inside-Out Approach: Collagen Supplements

Since I can't always control these habits from the outside, I focus on what I can do from the inside - and that's where collagen supplements come in 💊. I've been taking collagen for years now, and the difference in my skin is remarkable. Compared to when I was 28, which is about six years ago, my skin feels thicker, more plump, and has noticeably fewer fine lines.

Collagen supplements, like our Marine Collagen, have been a game-changer for me. They provide the essential building blocks my skin needs to remain resilient and youthful. While I continue to work on better skincare habits, I'm comforted knowing that my daily dose of collagen is working to counteract the effects of my stubborn habits.

Remember, beauty isn't just about what we apply externally; it's also about how we nourish our bodies internally. So, if you're struggling with habits that aren't skin-friendly, consider collagen supplements as your ally in the fight against wrinkles. 🌟
